The Cho Oyu is actually my 2nd 8000. 11 days earlier I was at the central summit of Shisha Pangma at 8012 m. The true peak of Shisha Pangma was not reached. It will be years later... From the summit of Cho Oyu, you can see Everest just in front.. It was a trigger for the future... Our Sherpas came into radio contact with the Sherpas who were on Everest at the same time! A nice moment of emotion heralding the future...
